​As the Stage Manager for the Broadway Intensive, I was responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all rehearsals and performances. I led communication between the creative team, performers, and technical departments, keeping the entire production organized and on schedule. My responsibilities included managing daily call times, tracking blocking and choreography,  and overseeing backstage operations. In addition to coordinating with the lighting, sound, and costume teams, I was responsible for set decoration and repairs. Through this experience, I strengthened my skills in personnel management, multitasking under pressure, and fostering a professional and supportive environment for both young performers and seasoned creatives.
